HOLLYWOOD-based Aussie Olympia Valance and her rock legend stepfather Ross Wilson have sold the Elsternwick pad they owned together.
Property Insiders understands the former Neighbours star’s first home at 21 Bayview St sold close to its most recent advertised price of $1.68 million on May 30.
Gary Peer & Associates agent Glenn Bricker would not comment on the sale price, which was undisclosed, but said a young family from a suburb away secured the keys.

“They were in the mix prior to the auction, didn’t do anything on the day of the auction and came back once it passed in,” he said.
“It’s got a good piece of garden, there was no garden where they were, it’s a bit more suburban than where they were.”
The three-bedroom house initially listed for $1.65-$1.815 million prior to its May 5 auction, which failed to attract a bid.
The new owners will have Daddy Cool and Mondo Rock co-founder and frontman Wilson as their neighbour, with the property next to his and wife Tania’s (Valance’s mother) own home.
It was purchased by the famous family for Valance to live in when she landed her breakout role in Neighbours.
Wilson said last month the family was selling as she pursued her career in Hollywood, being managed by the same company as superstar brothers Chris and Liam Hemsworth.
“We did some renovations and now she’s living in Hollywood and loving it and says ‘this is where I’ll be based now and I’ll sell my house and maybe get something over there’,” he said.
The family painted and pulled up carpet to reveal stylish floorboards, did some work on the kitchen and transformed one of the bedrooms into a dressing room.
CoreLogic records show the solid brick property last sold for $1.2 million in 2014.
