Women injured in two separate bike accidents at Rowland Flat and Hallett

TWO women have been injured in separate bike-related incidents in the Barossa Valley and lower Mid North.

A woman, aged in her 50s, has fell off a bike on a track near Barossa Valley Way, Rowland Flat, just before 3.45pm on Sunday.

She has chest, head and facial injuries.

Meanwhile, there are initial reports a motorbike crashed into a barbed-wire fence at a paddock near Scrub Rd, Hallett, in the state’s Lower Mid North about 3.45pm on Sunday.

The woman has been taken to the local hospital with knee injuries.

A person also suffered critical injuries in a third crash in Balaklava in the Mid North, after smashing their car into a parked vehicle.
